Accessibility Statement

This accessibility statement applies to the website published under bora-hotsparesort.de by Hotel bora GmbH & Co KG.

General Description of the Service

The website of Hotel bora GmbH & Co KG enables users to obtain information about products and services, make contact, and place orders or bookings directly online.

Applicable Legal Requirements

For digital services, the requirements according to Section 14 of the German Accessibility Strengthening Act (BFSG) in conjunction with Section 3 (1) BFSG and the Ordinance to the BFSG (BFSGV) apply.

Implementation of Accessibility Requirements

This assessment is based on a self-evaluation supported by the Accessibility Tool provided by AccessGO.

As a result of this review, the website is partially accessible in accordance with the requirements mentioned above.

Specifically, the following points are not fully compliant with the applicable accessibility regulations:
Barrier: Redundant adjacent links with identical targets.
Barrier: A link leads to a PDF file (.pdf) without indicating the file type or file size.
Barrier: Redundant title text in one element.
Barrier: Ambiguous or non-descriptive link text for one link.
Barrier: Some buttons are empty or lack descriptive text.
Barrier: Missing association of a label with a form field.
Barrier: Some form fields do not have correctly assigned text labels.
Barrier: Some headings are empty or lack descriptive text.
Barrier: A link leads to a Microsoft Word file without informing users.

Planned Measures for Identified Barriers

We are currently planning to address and resolve these barriers.

Note on PDF Files

Some PDF documents provided on the website (e.g., user manuals, declarations of conformity, energy labels, certificates) are currently not fully accessible.

These files partly contain structural and technical limitations, such as missing heading structures, undefined reading orders, missing alternative texts for graphic content, or untagged tables. As a result, they are only partially usable with assistive technologies.

At present, it is not possible for us, for organizational and economic reasons, to make all existing PDF documents fully accessible. However, we strive to publish new documents in an accessible format wherever possible.

If you require a specific document in an accessible format, please contact us. We will gladly provide you with an individually accessible version, as far as possible.

Supplement to the Accessibility Statement

Our website provides the accessibility plugin AccessGO (www.accessgo.de), offered by DGfB Deutsche Gesellschaft für Barrierefreiheit mbH.

This allows users to adapt our website to individual limitations or preferences.

The settings can be accessed via the AccessGO symbol or alternatively using the keyboard shortcut “ALT + 1”. All functions can also be controlled via keyboard.

Among other things, this makes it possible to adjust the following aspects:

Font size
Contrast
Highlighting of links
Activating a screen reader
Use of profiles to activate multiple settings simultaneously

This requires ratification of the state treaty on the fulfillment of tasks under the Accessibility Strengthening Act (BFSG) by all federal states.
